Payments: We require full payment at the time of booking and can accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square, or personal check. Contact us for details.
Refunds: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, we will issue a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations of less than 7 days prior to check-in.

In consideration of renting, using, or participating at an event at Rancho Vegano, located at 3955 S Pure Paint Trail, Tucson, AZ 85730, the renter/participant acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS OF THE RENTAL AND USE OF THE PROPERTY, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
I willingly agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions for the rental and use of this property. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my stay and use of the property, I will remove myself from the property and bring such to the attention of the rental agent/owner immediately; and,
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the property owners, agents, and/or employees, other guests, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and advertisers of the property (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
